OUR JOURNEY

From our humble beginnings to our market-leading position today, ROBO-BLAST has provided thousands of clients and customers the means to substantially reduce their dependency on imported labor forces, dramatically reduce production down time, materials, scaffolding and transportation costs, while increasing overall blasting efficiency and quality -- and in the process increasing overall profitability and driving savings to their bottom lines.

Sustainability targets are also achieved/exceeded due to ROBO-BLAST's ability to substantially reduce waste stream production by an average of 95% and 100% of air pollution emissions due to our completely closed-loop, dust-free recycling media, blast technology.

Learn how ROBO-BLAST can do the same for your organization today!

OUR MISSION

Redefining the Surface Preparation Industry

ROBO-BLAST systems have provided customers advanced, high production,  dust-free, state-of-the-art robotic, media-recycling systems for industrial sites, as well as commercial and infrastructure projects to blast floors, columns, walls, roadways, bridges or any expansive structures, while providing dramatic time, cost, environmental and quality value-adds vs. more costly, inefficient and environmentally damaging traditional mineral grit blasting methods.

ROBO-BLAST systems have been used on most all North American Oil & Gas producer sites, having blasted millions of square meters over the past 20 years.  ROBO-BLAST ... the future of surface preparation!

Our Journey

1989

FIRST ROBO-BLAST DEVELOPED

The first ROBO-BLAST system was produced and deployed on a tank farm in the U.S., which began our long and storied history of high production, robotic, dust-free blasting system development.

2010

GENERATION 2 TECHNOLOGY LAUNCHED

The 2nd generation of the ROBO-BLAST system was developed and released, which took our game to the next level.  Instead of blasting horizontally, our system was redesigned to more efficiently blast in the vertical direction, thereby increasing overall blasting efficiency by over 35%.
